In free mode you would need to manually initiate folder synchronization, in the paid Pro version you can set up a scheduler so folder synchronization happens at predefined intervals. The basic free version will support a single MEGA account so you could say set up your personal MEGA account within Air Explorer and it will allow you to manually synchronize your chosen folders with that specific account while your other business account still runs as normal from the current MEGAsync app. It allows you to mount cloud accounts within its own file explorer and transfer/synchronize files between accounts and or your PC. Beyond folder sharing or setting up two Windows user accounts and installing MEGAsync specific to each user, you could also look at Air Explorer.
