How do I choose additional MAPI options for Kerio Outlook Connector (Offline Edition) in Outlook 2016: However I am unable to select „Manually configure server settings or additional server types". As usual I've created a new Mail profile. I am running Windows 10 Professional with Windows Office Home and Business 2016 and Kerio Outlook Connector (Offline Edition).
